Add a club or course, or report a mistake

Write here about a club, a course, a school chess group, a senior group or an open in Karlsruhe, Baden-Baden, Pforzheim or a town of the four counties that is missing, or about an entry that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, teachers, trainers, organisers and club boards are all welcome to write.

Please add a link if you can: a club page, a league result, a tournament page, a course page or a dated gazette notice. Notes are read at the next revision and compared with the page they name; every change that follows is dated in the list of changes.

What is your note about?
For a missing place: what kind of chess and on which days. For a mistake: which line is wrong.
A link to a club page, a league result, a tournament page, a course page or a dated notice.
Needed with the note; never shown on the site.
A phone number or a messenger name works too, if you would rather not give an email.

One way to reach you is enough. It is never published and used only to reply, if a reply is needed.

How the contents of this form are handled is explained in the statement on privacy.

What happens next

  • Notes wait until the next reading of the guide.
  • Each is then checked against the pages of the club, school or organiser; when those confirm it, the entry is changed and the change gets a date.
  • A note that no page supports leaves the entry as it stands, with its not-confirmed mark where there is one.
  • A reply comes only when the note asks for one and gives a contact.
