Thursday at the board 6

On Thursdays the Schachfreunde Forst 1971 use their room in the old fire station twice: children and young people train from six, adults from eight. The Schachfreunde Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen do much the same in the cellar of the Leopoldshafen town hall, youth first, then club tournament games, blitz and free play from seven. In Karlsbad the Schachclub Ittersbach opens its practice evening at the Wasenhalle at half past seven, with club tournament rounds from eight.

Karlsruhe adds three Thursday offers: the chess evening of the TSV Bulach for children and young people, the training for adult beginners that the Karlsruher Schachfreunde 1853 hold on the first Thursday of the month at St. Cyriakus, and two courses at the Schachschule Karlsruhe, one for school children in the late afternoon and the Schachlabor for adults in the evening.
